Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable individual to manage car battery delivery rider operations and to deliver effective training. You will act as the bridge between riders and top management, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth team performance.

The role requires organizing training sessions, monitoring rider performance, and continuously improving SOPs and KPIs to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in management, business, or Automotive is required.
• Delivery/Automotive experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Malay and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily car battery delivery rider operations including training and monitoring.
• Design, plan, and conduct training; ensure SOPs and policies are followed.

Job Description

Mainly responsible on Car Battery Delivery Rider daily operation including TRAINING and MONITORING

Design, Plan & Perform and make sure riders are well-trained, and well follow company SOP and policy, also, able to deliver goods on time.

Increase the efficiency and effectiveness in the overall flow of daily operation.

Daily meeting with riders, collect feedback from rider and riders improvement from time to time.

Able to grow with the team and company by improving the overall workflow, SOP and KPI.

Provide Soft Skills, Technical, System (includes Apps, Products & Company Policies) training with Staff & Rider.

Organize staffs training needs. Schedule training date, time and venue. Prepare necessary paperwork for training.

Requirement:

At least possess Diploma in management/ business/Automotive.

Possess working experience in Delivery/ Automotive field is an added advantage

Well speaking at Malay language

Able to multi task & handle stress.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
