Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a delivery specialist to coordinate vehicle readiness, schedules and bay allocation. You will confirm customer delivery slots with Sales and Administration, and communicate schedules to stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive delivery or product specialist, with EV/BEV experience preferred and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing automotive, vehicle delivery/handover, or product specialist role.
• Experience with EV/BEV vehicles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle readiness, delivery schedules and bay allocation.
• Confirm customer delivery slots with Sales and Administration teams.
• Communicate confirmed schedules to relevant stakeholders.
• Verify vehicle VIN, specifications, customer assignment, PDI, registration and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics and ensure timely arrival at the Delivery Hub.
• Oversee vehicle preparation, accessories installation and BEV charging.
• Conduct final vehicle quality checks and escalate defects or issues.
• Welcome customers and manage the vehicle handover process.
• Conduct product orientation covering key vehicle, charging, app, safety and ownership features.

Vehicle Preparation & Quality Control

Verify vehicle VIN, specifications, customer assignment, PDI, registration and documentation.

Coordinate vehicle logistics and ensure timely arrival at the Delivery Hub.

Oversee vehicle preparation, accessories installation and BEV charging.

Conduct final vehicle quality checks and **escalate** defects or issues.

Ensure only delivery-ready vehicles are released to customers.

Customer Handover

Welcome customers and manage the vehicle handover process professionally.

Conduct product orientation covering key vehicle, charging, app, safety and ownership features.

Complete required documentation and obtain customer sign-off.

Introduce customers to Aftersales and coordinate the overall delivery experience.

Delivery Experience Management

Ensure a smooth and efficient customer delivery experience.

Resolve or **escalate** last-minute delivery, documentation and vehicle readiness issues.

Manage customer concerns and expectations professionally, including delays or defects.

Post-Delivery Customer Support

Address immediate customer queries on vehicle usage, charging, warranty and servicing.

Follow up on unresolved delivery concerns through to resolution.

Support customer satisfaction survey completion and NPS targets.

Maintain accurate vehicle and customer delivery records and track outstanding OTPs.

Monitor SOP compliance and identify recurring delivery issues.

Support root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

Support weekend delivery operations.

Your Profile:

2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing automotive, vehicle delivery/handover, or product specialist role.

Experience with EV/BEV vehicles is preferred.

Strong written and verbal English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Confident customer-facing communicator with the ability to explain technical EV/BEV features clearly to non-technical customers.

Able to identify and escalate technical or product issues appropriately.

Willing to work weekends, when most vehicle deliveries take place.
