SHBT Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at our Pasir Gudang project site. You will coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.

The role requires at least 3 years on-site experience, strong HSE knowledge, and the ability to read plans. You will report to the Project Engineer/Manager, manage schedules and manpower, and maintain site documentation and

• Diploma or Certificate in any related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in any projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE reporting process and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site schedules and manpower effectively.
• Familiar with site safety practices and quality standards.
• Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
• Possess valid driving license to travel to project sites.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
