Job summary

Pemaju Perkasa Jaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on site in Malaysia. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure progress aligns with project plans and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and skills in reading building plans.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in building construction.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building or construction projects is preferred.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Must be able to read and interpret building plans, structure plans and site drawings.
• Must possess own transport.
• Fresh Graduates with strong interest in construction are encouraged to apply.

• Ensure the material are being delivered to the designated location and send back the delivery order safely to office.
• Liaise and coordinate with designers/contractors at site and submit daily site diary accordingly.
• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensuring that quality/types/dimensions are as per the specified requirements.
• Recording, monitoring and reporting.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior/management.
