Job summary

Karex Berhad in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a junior project coordinator to assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

You will support project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards, track progress, prepare status reports, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and help with risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in following up tasks.

Responsibilities
