MVC Resources in Klang, Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead delivery initiatives. You will coordinate technical leads, internal resources, vendors and clients to ensure projects are on time, within scope and within budget.

You will define project scope with stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks and changes, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering clear documentation and reports.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP or ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage resource allocation and availability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules and costs.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimise potential disruptions.
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and clarify project expectations.
• Track project milestones and ensure short-term and long-term objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps.
• Apply leadership, problem-solving and process improvement skills to support successful project delivery.
