ISTIQ Noise Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a project professional to plan, schedule and manage multiple projects. You will coordinate with design teams, engineers and contractors to ensure technical specs are met and implemented.

You will monitor progress, report to management and clients, and manage budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Travel to site for visits is possible.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods, tools and best practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling project activities, resources and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Coordinating with design teams, engineers and contractors on technical specs.
• Monitoring progress and reporting status to management and clients.
• Managing budgets, tracking expenditure and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaising with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Conducting site inspections and QA to verify standards.
• Identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
• Documenting information and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with procurement to source materials and services.
• Supporting proposal and tender processes with technical input.
