Bachelor's degree in any relevant Engineering field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management, Machine & Process Validation/Qualification, and Engineering Change/Change Control processes.
Experience in manufacturing (not construction) is required.
Must be able to lead a team.
Experience in mechanical and automation engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality requirements.
For senior roles, lead large-scale or strategically significant projects with effective execution and outcomes.
Develop, communicate, and implement project execution plans; monitor progress and resolve issues to minimize delays.
Prepare project estimates for costs, resources, and timelines; allocate resources and assign responsibilities.
