Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end PIM projects from concept to ramp-up with cost controls.
• Experience in injection-molding equipment, tooling, and automation.
• Strong regulatory and quality process knowledge (ISO 13485).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for equipment, molding and tooling under PEM principles.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and global quality requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement to improve yield.
