Job summary

B. Braun in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Staff Engineer for Plastic Injection Molding Project Engineering to lead end-to-end projects from concept to handover, optimize processes, and ensure cost controls. You will guide PMs, develop roadmaps, and align with quality standards across global sites.

You will work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Quality to drive manufacturability and yield improvements in a highly regulated, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• End-to-end leadership of PIM projects from concept to handover.
• Experience with injection-molding equipment and tooling.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485/9001 and global quality standards.
• Data-driven DOE/ SPC for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on process engineering, cost and investment control.
• Provide leadership to PMs in equipment projects.
• Develop technology roadmaps and SOPs.
• Oversee production-site process optimization and qualification.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
