Experience leading a maintenance/equipment team.
Hands-on troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technicians for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Be equipment owner for highly automated equipment; ensure uptime and reliability.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and automation issues.
Develop preventive maintenance programs and manage spare parts inventory.
Perform root cause analysis (8D) and implement corrective actions.
Support customer complaint investigations and prepare technical reports.
Deliver technical training to enhance technician competency.
Lead equipment upgrades and obsolescence projects.
Provide on-call technical support as needed.
