Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple sites in Malaysia, with mandatory Mandarin communication for client liaison. The role requires a Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree and at least six years in project management, preferably in highrise or factory construction.

The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools, and capable of coordinating workers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet contractual

• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in project/construction management with exposure in building of highrise / factory
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Project, Power Point and Auto CAD

• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

We are looking for employees who can join immediately and available for a business trip to India lasting one to two months; additional allowances will be provided for the assignment.After the business trip, you can return to the project in Malaysia (Johor Bahru, Kulim, or Kuala Lumpur).
