Job summary

Shopee is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to lead warehouse improvement projects, optimize systems, implement automation, and boost operational efficiency. You will analyze data, translate operational needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and ground operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and adoption.

You’ll drive initiatives across WMS tools, dashboards, and automation workflows while coordinating with field teams to validate and roll out

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, data analytics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or experience in project management, product operations, warehouse systems, or process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into improvements.
• Basic programming or technical knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL, scripting) is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation.

• Lead and execute cross-functional warehouse improvement projects focusing on systems optimization, automation initiatives, and operational productivity.
• Analyze operational datasets and system outputs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate operational requirements into scalable system or process solutions.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope, timeline, and resources.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of warehouse systems (e.g., WMS tools, automation workflows, operational dashboards) to improve fulfillment performance.
• Work closely with ground operations teams to validate solutions, conduct testing, and ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new tools or processes.
