Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a site project coordinator to support planning and execution of HVAC installation projects at our Kuala Lumpur site.

You will assist the project manager with administration, cost control, scheduling, and quality monitoring, attend site meetings, and liaise with clients, vendors and authorities to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with HVAC experience
• Proficiency in technical knowledge
• Good team player

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project plans at site
• Assist manager in project administration and cost/work-schedule control
• Attend site meetings and report progress regularly
• Liaise with clients, vendors and authorities
• Perform ad hoc duties as required
• Prepare safety and commissioning documents
• Coordinate on-site delivery and installation of precision cooling equipment
