Job summary

Infinite in Malaysia is seeking a Non-Executive to monitor project quality plans, manage resources, and supervise construction works on site. You will coordinate variations, attend progress and safety meetings, and ensure compliance with contracts and schedules.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Medical benefits and statutory contributions are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor project quality plan, work program and cash flow; manage progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight of resources throughout the project from start-up through closeout.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site; ensure site personnel follow company rules.
• Prepare quantities for variation orders and quotations.
• Ensure installation, servicing and maintenance works meet drawings, specs and schedules.
• Attend site progress, coordination, safety, and valuation meetings; liaise with clients/consultants.
• Ensure day-to-day project operations transition to Project Managers on field commencement.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio including up-selling and cross-selling.

Non-Executive

Responsibilities:

• To monitor project quality plan, work program and monitoring project cash flow & progressive claim preparation.


• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.


• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.


• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.


• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule


• To attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection


• To attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants representative


• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers when work commences in the field.


• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio including up‑selling and cross‑selling.

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least possess Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.


• Basic understanding of air-conditioning knowledge and related HVAC spare parts


• Knowledge of Auto-Cad will be added advantage


• Good attitude with good communication and interpersonal skill
