Job summary

Munivac seeks a results‑oriented Project Engineer to lead engineering initiatives and drive data‑driven improvements. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination across Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Management to ensure on‑time, within‑scope project delivery.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Power BI and Excel, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting automation efforts to enhance productivity and quality in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• PMP or equivalent.
• Certified Data Analyst (Power BI or equivalent).
• Quality Management Certifications (ISO 9001, Internal Auditor).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
• Data visualization and reporting tools.
• Project management methodologies.
• Statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, 8D, and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of ERP/MES systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, or other analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, or 8D.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Support automation and digitalization projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Facilitate project review meetings and communicate project status updates.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in audits and compliance-related activities as required.
• Support implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement programs.
