Job summary

Cradotex (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects from concept to completion. You will develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing and QA, and ensure milestones meet budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with at least 1 year of project engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of project engineering experience.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Solid engineering principles and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Mandarin language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing and QA teams.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction.
