Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to align clients, project teams, contractors, and workers for smooth project execution. You will prepare meetings, reports, and documentation to support the project lifecycle.

The role requires engineering or IT education, English proficiency, and 2–3 years in Automation, MES, or software/digital transformation domains. Occasional travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate among client, project team members, contractors, sub-contractors & workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare minutes of meeting, progress report, monthly management report and other required documentation.
• Ensure all projects are completed within the defined time frame.
• Implement, control and coordinate all project activities to meet time frame and budget.
• Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to project success.
• Involve in project planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring.
• Maintain document control and track project activities with MS Project and Excel.
• Request quotes from vendors and prepare budget details based on quotes received.
• Report work progress to Project Manager.

Requirements

• Required language(s): English
• Preferably 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in either Automation, MES, Software Development and Digital Transformation is required for this position.
• Experience in Agile Development and Project
• Experience in one or more of the following: SCADA and MES Software, PLC, SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio Development Tools
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Able to work independently & also within a team
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills and result oriented in achieving set target.
