Join M Electrical & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as a Project Engineer based in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of engineering projects within the company.

What you'll be doing

Manage the planning, execution, monitoring and control of engineering projects from conception to completion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success, implementing appropriate contingency measures

Prepare detailed project plans, progress reports and other documentation as required

Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to project teams

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and company policies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry

Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Thorough understanding of engineering principles, methods and best practices

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
