Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality. This role requires coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and thorough monitoring and reporting on progress.

You will develop schedules, manage timelines, procure items, act as main point of contact, and generate weekly site reports. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD are essential;

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in conveying project plans and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Continuously monitor project timelines and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Plan and execute project activities including sourcing suppliers and procuring items.
• Act as the main point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Distribute drawings and communicate construction methods to all parties.
