Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Project Executive to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while upholding quality standards. The role requires coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors and maintaining thorough progress reports and documentation.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, source materials, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects with minimum disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in 2D AutoCAD floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Continuously monitor project timelines and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Plan and execute project activities, including sourcing suppliers and procuring items.
• Act as the main point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Distribute drawings, communicate construction methods, and ensure timely delivery and workmanship.
• Oversee quality of work and materials to meet project specs.
• Coordinate handover of completed projects ensuring standards are met.
• Generate weekly site reports detailing progress and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
