Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Project Management & Site Execution professional to oversee the delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will assist site managers with daily coordination, track progress and material delivery, and coordinate schedules and communications across teams. Strong on-site knowledge and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge and experience on site.
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems and project coordination.
• Strong communication skills for meetings and liaising with users.
• Exposure to safety precautions in the working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Assist site managers with daily project coordination and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communication between teams.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material delivery status; lead site execution for multiple electrical work packages.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, trackers, and project documentation.
