Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the overall planning, implementation, and operation of the project, plan, manage, and execute projects to ensure timely completion within budget and desired quality, and provide strong leadership to the project teams.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors, prepare project reporting and presentations, resolve site issues, and manage interfacing works at site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction, Project Management or equivalent is required.
• At least 8 years working experience in construction environment, project management or similar role.
• Experience delivering at least one complete construction project from start to finish is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project or AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player; ability to resolve site issues; report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, implementation and operation of the project.
• Plan, manage and execute projects to ensure timely completion within budget and desired quality.

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors.
