Job summary

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, seeks a Project Coordinator to drive engineering project delivery on time and within budget. This role leads cross-functional teams, develops plans, and ensures quality while aligning with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a engineering or related degree, 2–3 years PM experience in engineering/aerospace, and strong communication skills; PMP and Mandarin ability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management in engineering/aerospace preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a track record of delivering on time and budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Mandarin reading/speaking is an advantage for Taiwan/China communication.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to join our dynamic team at MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Project Management coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including setting project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and milestones effectively

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and key decision-makers

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements

Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to optimize project processes and procedures

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Minimum 2~3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or aerospace industry
