The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project coordination experience, with strong communication and vendor management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in vendor management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Organized, detail-minded with strong time management.
• PMP or CAPM certification is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track progress against timelines.
• Support project planning, implementation and execution.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and elevate as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and status updates.
• Handle ad hoc warehouse improvement project tasks.
• Assist with data collection and basic analytics for reports and briefs.
• Lead medium-size cross-functional projects, and manage project calls.
• Stakeholder management and keeping management informed of potential issues.
