Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, environmental management, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, business expansion, or related functions.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Possess own transportation and willingness to travel to operational sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the setup of new plants, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives across Pentas Flora's operations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans, and progress trackers.
• Monitor milestones and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with Operations, HSE, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate applications, submissions, approvals, permits, and licenses for new facilities and operations.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Track project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Support management in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in special projects and business initiatives assigned by management.
