Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations across Banting and North Port plants. You will drive budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with HQ Finance to ensure timely reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, financial administration and office management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage administrative functions across multiple plant locations and coordinate effectively with HQ.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily financial administration, including payment requests, invoices, petty cash, expense claims and supporting documentation.
• Monitor departmental operating expenditure (OPEX), budget utilisation, cash flow requirements and outstanding vendor payments for both plants.
• Coordinate with HQ Finance on payment prioritisation, budget allocation, financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, expenditure analysis and budget-versus-actual summaries for management review.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies, approval limits and internal audit requirements.
• Oversee daily administrative operations for Banting and North Port, ensuring efficient coordination between departments and HQ.
• Manage general office administration, facilities, utilities, office supplies, staff accommodation, canteen and other administrative services.
• Supervise administrative personnel, establish clear responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate procurement administration, purchase requisitions, vendor documentation, service contracts and renewal schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, asset registers and administrative records to support audits and regulatory compliance.
