Job summary

Rackson Composite Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive to coordinate with consultants, authorities and stakeholders on design, planning and technical requirements. You will monitor progress to ensure projects stay within budget and timeline, while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, is proficient in MS Office and project management software, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Development, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants on project design, planning and technical requirements.
• Liaise with authorities and consultants to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
• Monitor project progress to meet budget, value and schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
• Monitor deliverables to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
