Job summary

Aset Kayamas Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support documentation, procurement, tender coordination and on-site supervision in Kuala Lumpur.

The role involves reviewing documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, preparing transmittals, handling RFQ/PO processes, and assisting in monitoring project progress to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completeness of project documentation and prepare document transmittals.
• Perform file backup to ensure archiving of electronic registers.
• Handle daily purchasing/procurement activities including RFQ, PO, DO, invoicing, salaries, and claims.
• Coordinate tender exercises including registration, submission, comparison, follow-up, and interviews.
• Assist in verifying contractor work on site and supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate construction of M&E components on-site and monitor works.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, in-house contractors, NSC contractors, suppliers and authorities.

Job description

Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals.

Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.

Performs daily purchasing/ procurement activities (RFQ, PO, DO, invoicing, salaries, claims, recommend payment & report).

Tender exercise coordination including registration, submission, comparison, follow-up, interview & related documentation.

Assists to verify contractor work done at site, supplier delivery to site.

Assists in coordinating the construction of various M\&E components on-site and monitoring/ supervising the implementation of work.

Liaison with consultants, main contractors, in-house contractors, NSC contractors, suppliers, authorities and etc.

Any ad-hoc assignment assigned by the HOD or Company from time to time.
