Qualifications

• Polite and effective handling of customer enquiries.
• Team player; diligent and proactive in duties.
• Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays; based at Genting, Pahang.

Responsibilities

• Report to car park office per duty roster and manage attendance.
• Inspect car park equipment, CCTV, lighting and signages for proper operation.
• Coordinate with equipment service provider for minor maintenance.
• Prepare overtime records and submit for approval.
• Ensure entrance/exit times are synchronised.
• Brief Car Park Executive/Manager on daily issues and log them.
• Patrol car park, complete daily checklists and follow up on issues.
• Assist in relieving other Car Park/Admin Assistants as required.
• Assist Admin Assistant with payment collection and programming of access cards.
• Prepare monthly duty roster by the 26th and seek approval.
• Monitor staff performance and flag disciplinary issues to management.
• Coordinate with hotel management, maintenance, cleaning and security to resolve issues.

Job description

Car Park Assistant / Supervisor (Based in Genting, Pahang)

To report to car park office as per duty roster, thumb print and scan card at car park management office.

To check and inspect all car park equipment, cctv, lightings are functioning smoothly and check on all signages are in order.

To conduct minor service on all entrances, exits equipment and coordinate with equipment service provider.

To prepare overtime record on timely basis and forwards to Car Park Executive / Manager for approval.

To check and ensure date and time for all entrances, exits are synchronised.

To brief Car Park Executive / Manager on car park issues every morning, if any, and record in Log Book daily on car park issues.

To patrol car park regularly, check and verify daily car park checklist and follow up on any outstanding issues.

To assist in relieving Car Park Assistant / Admin Assistant as and when required.

To assist Admin Assistant on payment collection and programming of access cards.

To prepare Duty Roster by 26th of the month and forward to Car Park Executive / Manager for approval.

To check and monitor staff performance and highlight to Car Park Manager if there are any disciplinary issues.

To conduct car park inspection as per car park, check list on daily basis and carry out clamping if required, with security.

To follow up with maintenance staff on any repairs, if there are any, and ensure repair works are completed satisfactorily.

To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

To coordinate and work closely with hotel management, maintenance, cleaning services and security department and resolve issues pertaining to car park operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience in car park industry.

Ability to speak fluent Bahasa Melayu and English Language.

Ability to handle customer’s enquiries politely and effectively.

Ability to work as team harmoniously and diligently.

Excellent knowledge in Information Technology, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Must be willing to work in shift and/or on Public Holiday.

Must be willing to based at Genting, Pahang
