Job summary

Iklan Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. You will coordinate, communicate, and manage every detail with precision, leading the team and attending site walks to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Mandarin, have a relevant degree, and solid experience in project management or administration within construction or signage industries. Strong organization and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in project management or administration, preferably in construction, signage, or related industries.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and technical skills; comfortable with clients and design teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, communicate, and manage project details to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead the team and oversee project timelines, site walks, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation from contracts to schedules.
• Collaborate with big corporate clients across various industries.

• As a Project Coordinator at Iklan Dinamik, you’ll be the linchpin that ensures our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• You’ll coordinate, communicate, and manage every detail with precision, helping us deliver exceptional results every time.
• Leading the team with Confidence, attending site walk, oversee project timelines, resolve project hiccups, ensuring that every project stays on track and exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in project management or administration, preferably in the construction, signage, or related industries.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
• Strong Communication & Technical Knowledge - you’re as comfortable in a client meeting as you are working with our design team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new tools and software quickly.
