Responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute and manage projects to specification, timeline and budget.
• Monitor and oversee quality control throughout project implementation.
• Maintain proper project documentation as required.
• Support tender and post-contract phases; identify gaps and coordinate submissions.
• Apply construction execution knowledge to support site teams and delivery.

Job description

Project Assistant Manager/Project Engineer

To understand plan, design, execute and manage projects according to the project specification to the timeline and budget.

To monitor and oversee quality control throughout the entire project implementation.

To manage and implement proper documentation based on project requirements.

To support both tender and post-contract phases by leveraging prior site experience to identify technical gaps, resolve drawing issues and coordinate submissions.

Knowledge of construction execution to effectively support site teams and project delivery from the head office.

Requirements:

Preferable Graduate in Engineering courses (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing) or any related field.

Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency - Mandarin is essential, for communication with China, both written and verbal.

Preferable with (2) year(s) of working experience in Mechanical & Electrical / Civil & Structural.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferable experience related to Clean Room Systems / Pharmaceutical / Semiconductor / Product application knowledge.

Applicants must be willing to travel outstation.

Position available based in Malaysia and Shanghai, China.
