Job summary

Ironway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented project administrator to manage quotations, DOs and invoices while coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The role involves planning, scheduling, and ensuring smooth project execution under strict timelines.

You will liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor progress, and compile comprehensive final project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• AutoCAD knowledge is required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare delivery orders (DO) and invoices for customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood.
• Arrange projects with internal teams to ensure smooth completion.
• Monitor assigned projects to meet the scheduled completion date.
• Compile final project documentation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Have Own Transport and Driving License
