Job summary

SOCOE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an experienced executive PMO proxy to bridge MD-level strategy with rapid internal execution and public-sector operations, acting as the MD's operational proxy to clear friction, drive governance, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Lead PMO with lean frameworks and real-time dashboards; interface with government entities; ensure scope, compliance and audit readiness while aligning internal cadences to government delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years driving complex, government-facing programs or PMO environments.
• Fluency in public procurement frameworks, policy landscapes and enterprise compliance.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP credential alongside a degree in Business or Public Policy.

Responsibilities

Operate at the command center of our highest-impact initiatives. Working straight out of the MD's Office, you will bridge executive strategy, rapid internal execution, and public-sector operations. You are not a coordinator; you are the MD's operational proxy, clearing friction points, driving commercial governance, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes to turn bold directives into deployed reality.

Core Focus

Executive Proxy & Governance: Deploy lean PMO frameworks and build real-time, decision-ready data dashboards for the Managing Director.

Public Sector Integration: Intersect modern delivery systems with legacy public procurement structures, serving as the lead operational interface for government entities.

Risk & Architecture Control: Intercept regulatory bottlenecks early, maintaining rigorous scope control, compliance, and audit readiness across the portfolio.

Hybrid Team Synchronization: Translate high-velocity internal engineering and operational cadences into structured government delivery milestones.

What You Bring

6 to 10+ years driving complex, government-facing programs or building high-performance PMO environments.

Deep fluency in public procurement frameworks, policy landscapes, and enterprise compliance.

Active PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP credential alongside a degree in Business, Public Policy, or related field (MBA preferred).

Battle-tested executive presence, sharp political instinct, and an uncompromising audit mindset.
