Qualifications

6 to 10+ years driving complex, government-facing programs or PMO environments.
Fluency in public procurement frameworks, policy landscapes and enterprise compliance.
Active PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP credential alongside a degree in Business or Public Policy.

Responsibilities

Bridge executive strategy, rapid internal execution and public-sector operations as the MD's operational proxy.
Deploy lean PMO frameworks and build real-time, decision-ready dashboards for the Managing Director.
Intersect modern delivery with legacy public procurement structures as the lead government interface.
Intercept regulatory bottlenecks early, maintaining scope control, compliance and audit readiness.
