Job summary

You will own the backlog, drive sprint execution, and ensure production-ready software. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Operations, map complex workflows to digital logic, and lead SIT/UAT to deliver clean releases. A proven track record in agile environments and regulatory domains is essential.

Command the product delivery engine. As Product Owner, you will transform operational needs and regulatory policies into high-velocity digital capabilities. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, you will own the backlog, drive sprint execution, and ensure that what gets built performs impeccably in production.

Core Execution Focus

Backlog Architecture & Prioritization:

Architect rock-solid user stories with crisp acceptance criteria. Balance regulatory requirements, operational urgency, and product vision into clear backlog hierarchies.

Precision Technical Translation:

Partner with Business System Analysts to convert complex compliance workflows into seamless digital logic, user journeys, and execution specifications.

Sprint Velocity & Release Ownership:

Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Eliminate engineering friction, manage cross-team dependencies, and steer SIT/UAT to deliver clean releases.

Cross-Functional Command:

Function as the source of truth between Engineering, UI/UX, Operations, and external partners, protecting sprint scope while adapting to real-time operational shifts.

What You Bring

Proven Track Record:

5 to 8 years navigating Product Owner, Business Analyst, or technical delivery roles in process-heavy, digital platform environments.

Agile Mastery:

Deep proficiency in Scrum frameworks, product backlog prioritization, user story mapping, and sprint delivery metrics.

Regulatory & System Acumen:

Exceptional ability to map rigid compliance policies into digital platform logic. Experience in workforce management or regulated systems is a distinct advantage.

Pragmatic Leadership:

Sharp problem-solving instincts under pressure, rigorous documentation discipline, and an relentless focus on product execution.
