Job summary

SOCOE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership, optimizing working capital and automating accounting workflows. The role focuses on modernizing financial systems with real-time dashboards to illuminate cash flow and performance.

The candidate will standardize budgets, enforce internal controls, oversee audits and due diligence, and manage external tax and advisory relationships while leading accounting teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of progressive corporate finance experience.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA, MIA or equivalent) with a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Hands-on proficiency with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• High analytical precision, strong governance discipline, and comfort navigating dynamic corporate environments.

Drive financial governance, capital control, and system modernization. As Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership, optimizing working capital, automating traditional accounting workflows, and embedding modern digital tools across our financial operations.

Core Focus

Financial Systems Modernization: Upgrade accounting workflows and deploy real-time data dashboards to provide leadership with instant cash flow visibility.

Budget Standardization: Align operational budgets across business units to ensure consistent financial governance, controls, and reporting frameworks.

Risk Mitigation & Internal Controls: Enforce strict authorization protocols and multi-layered approval controls to safeguard enterprise assets.

Special Projects Execution: Shift swiftly between monthly financial routines and high-priority corporate initiatives, including audits, business restructuring, and due diligence.

Team & Vendor Leadership: Direct accounting personnel while managing external audit, tax, and advisory relationships across the organization.

What You Bring

8 to 10 years of progressive corporate finance experience, with a track record of driving system or ERP enhancements.

Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent) with a degree in Finance or Accounting.

Hands-on proficiency with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
