FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Program Manager to organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets in Prai, Penang. You will oversee cross-functional activities and ensure timelines release, quality and business metrics align with customer expectations.

You will be the primary channel of communication with customers, manage risk and escalation, review proposals, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across product life cycle while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 10+ years in program management.
• Experience with cost analysis, budgeting or financial planning is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional and customer-relationship skills.
• EMS industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive actions based on results.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customers.
