Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals in a manufacturing environment.

You will define objectives, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mitigate risks while engaging internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Able to manage risks and issues across the program life cycle.
• Able to coordinate interdependent projects.
• Able to manage cross-functional teams across projects.
• Able to manage stakeholders' expectations.

Job description

The programme manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the company’s goals. They manage the program’s overall strategy, define objectives, and ensure successful delivery by leading project teams, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. This role requires a combination of project management skills, technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. You will be working closely cross- functional to support internal customers in Manufacturing.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or its equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in project management or related field.

Able to manage the risk and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur.

Able to coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects.

Able to manage a cross functional team as assigned across the various projects and programs.

Able to manage stakeholders (internal and external) expectations who are involved in the projects and programs.
