Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Program Manager in Malaysia to lead program activities, ensuring goals and customer requirements are met. You will coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to launch new products on schedule and monitor progress across changes and risks.

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of managerial experience are required. Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industries is advantageous,

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a managerial role in program management, project management, customer management, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program activities to ensure departmental goals and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches in line with project requirements and timelines.
• Track and monitor program progress, including changes, priorities, risks, and action plans, to achieve project objectives.
• Guide and support the program team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial matters.
• Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity planning and business planning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
