Job summary

Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia seeks an Executive to support the Research Enterprise and Scholarship Department in Cyberjaya. You will coordinate the research grant and scholarship programmes, manage administration, and assist with digital transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years in related fields, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and precise document control. Malaysians only, based in Cyberjaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• “Minimum of 3 years working experience” in research grant program management or higher education administration.
• Knowledge of research methodologies and related policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement research grant and scholarship initiatives aligned with departmental objectives and act as secretariat to award processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and ensure effective engagement.
• Monitor disbursements and financial tracking to ensure timely processing.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, campus visits, and engagement activities for physical and virtual sessions.
• Maintain department databases, records, and documentation; ensure proper information management and SOPs.
• Assist in the implementation of digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Prepare timely information and reporting for management decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
