Job summary

KMWE Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to bolster daily sales operations and coordinate across departments in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will act as the main liaison between customers and the sales team, and help drive accurate reports, forecasts and turnover analysis.

Key tasks include handling orders, pricing updates, quotations, RGA handling, ECN/NPI communications, and maintaining organized sales records to support demand planning and management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration / Business Management / Marketing or 1 year+ related experience.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Requirement
