Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad is seeking a Junior LMW/Customs Clerk to prepare monthly LMW reports and manage customs-related processes. You will ensure timely submissions and maintain compliance across regulatory documentation.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor in business administration, logistics or supply chain, with 1–2 years of LMW experience preferred. Based in Senai, Johor, be part of a large EMS group with global reach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience handling LMW reports is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly LMW reports accurately and on time.
• Handle customs-related applications, approvals, permits, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate and manage customs audits, including preparation of documentation and liaison with customs authorities.
• Maintain and update all customs compliance records, permits, reports and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, procedures and company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

• Handle customs-related applications, approvals, permits, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate and manage customs audits, including preparation of required documentation and liaison with customs authorities.
• Maintain and update all customs compliance records, permits, reports, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, procedures, and company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree in business administration, logistic, supply chain or any equivalent.
• With two (2) years experiences in handling LMW report will be added advantage.
• Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor.
