Flex is seeking a Program Administrator for its Prai, Penang site to support cross-functional program management within manufacturing operations. You will review proposals, define time frames, allocate resources, and coordinate with Program Management, Operations and the Customer Focus Team to keep activities on schedule and within budget.

The role emphasizes reporting, metrics, continuous improvement, and ensuring on-time shipments to customers, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7 years in manufacturing or related industry.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people/process management skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Review program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures and resource needs.
• Confer with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Drive continuous improvement activities impacting timeline, cost or daily production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees and coordinate to any issue.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
