Key responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist with ordering (in-restaurant, drive-thru, or take-away)

Ensure orders are accurate and served quickly

Assemble menu items according to recipes and maintain consistent quality

Handle cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and payment transactions accurately

Keep kitchen, dining area, and restrooms clean; use cleaning utensils and chemical products safely with correct protective equipment

Monitor and restock food and drink stations to ensure availability

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hazard-identification procedures; report issues to managers

Collaborate with other crew members and managers to meet performance targets and maintain service standards
