• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and other appliances.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage workflow, support colleagues, and ensure smooth service operations.
• Restock inventory, manage supplies, and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating any concerns to the management when necessary.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up stations, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
