Job summary

Xepa SP in Kedah is hiring a Professional Medical Representative to drive sales of the company’s products to pharmacies in the assigned territory. You will develop and execute sales activities to expand the business and build strong relationships with customers.

The role requires calling on retail pharmacies, presenting products, negotiating orders, and coordinating with the sales team. A science background and a valid D driving license are preferred requirements; a proactive, customer‑oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in science is an added advantage.
• A valid D driving license is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• To call and present the Company’s products to all the retail pharmacies within your assigned territory
• To promote the company's products to sales prospects
• To negotiate and secure customer orders in persona or through sales calls or telephone
• To work closely with other sales personnel to coordinate, assist or to secure customers’ orders
• To continually prospect and qualify new customers
• To plan, organize and conduct follow-up service calls to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• To maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers
• To provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis to the immediate superior
• To recommend new product needs, merchandising requirements, and promotional strategies based on competitors, activities and other industry sources.
• To provide retail and merchandising expertise, selling and promotion methodologies of the Company’s products to customers
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Job Outline:

1. You will be responsible for the sales of the Company’s products to pharmacies in your assigned territory. You will develop and establish sales activities to expand the Company’s business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To call and present the Company’s products to all the retail pharmacies within your assigned territory
2. To promote the company's products to sales prospects
