Job summary

NEXUSTEST TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD.

is seeking a Production Trainer / HR Executive (Fresh Welcome) to lead employee training, maintain the Training Matrix, and ensure records are up to date in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role covers training needs analysis, development, production & new employee training, and training administration, working closely with Production, Engineering and QA to ensure competency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in HR, Business Admin, Training & Development or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR, training coordination or learning & development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in managing training records, training matrix and TNA is preferred.
• Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HRD Corp / HRDF training requirements is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to understand and communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the employee training process, from identifying training needs, planning and scheduling to completion and evaluation.
• Maintain and update the Company Training Matrix to ensure required training is completed according to job roles and competency requirements.
• Monitor and maintain complete and accurate training records, including attendance, certificates, assessments and training effectiveness.
• Follow up with departments on outstanding or overdue training and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including trainers, venues, schedules and participants.
• Prepare regular training status and progress reports for HR and management.
