Job summary

NEXUSTEST TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Coordinator to translate schedules into actionable shopfloor plans and lead day-to-day production execution.

You will allocate operators, monitor progress, and ensure materials and work orders align with the plan. The role requires hands-on production experience, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to resolving delays and bottlenecks on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in production coordination or planning.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and shopfloor execution.
• Strong understanding of kitting, material control, and BOM-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production plans based on priorities and targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production needs.
• Monitor Plan vs Actual, recover delays, and escalate issues.
• Verify work orders, coordinate with Warehouse for material withdrawal.
• Maintain accurate production records and KPI reporting.
