Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.
• Proven track record in improvement projects is a plus.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer TRS to support production and resolve TRS issues at site level.
• Create and maintain TRS training plans and records.
• Create training plans and monitor progress to meet production timeline.
• Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirements.
• Evaluate and periodically review manufacturing practices and training.
• Revise and update training procedures and work instructions in Windchill.
• Deliver training programs related to operation business needs.
• Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on business needs.
